TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All dogs must be registered with Dog Daycare.
  • Only dogs considered to be well socialised, who enjoy the company of other dogs and people, are suitable for joining Dog Daycare.
  • Please note that not all dogs are suitable.
  • All dogs will be required to come for an assessment.
  • Dogs with behaviour (including destructive tendancies) or aggression issues will not be accepted.
  • Female dogs who come into season will not be able to attend Dog Daycare for 2 weeks.
  • Male dogs we prefer to be neutered from 12 months or when the Vet recommends as sometimes un-neutered males can become more assertive or aggressive with groups.
  • We require notification if you would like your dog to be walked off the lead.
  • All dogs accepted must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate.
  • We recommend that dogs have the KC vaccine.  This does not stop catching kennel cough but will dramatically reduce the likelihood. All dogs getting a KC vaccine cannot come to daycare for a minimum of 2 weeks as it is a live vaccine.
  • All dogs accepted require to be wormed and de-fleaed regularly.
  • In the unlikely event of your dog being involved in an accident or in an emergency, Dog Daycare will take your dog to your Vets.  If we feel that it is not an emergency we will treat on site. Owners will be notified either way.
  • Puppies from 12 weeks are welcome – providing they have been seen by a Vet and are fully vaccinated.
  • If no payment is received for Dog Daycare services we reserve the right to refuse your dog and will contact you to inform you of this.
  • Dog Daycare will not accept responsibility for the death, injury or illness of your dog. You are strongly advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
  • Dog Daycare reserves the right to refuse, or terminate the contract of any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive or unreasonable behaviour.
  • All payments must be made by the end of each week if paying on a day by day basis.  If paying in advance then sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.  All payments made are now required to be made via BACS so there is a record.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will still be required to pay as it is unlikely that the Daycare will be able to fill the spot.
  • Cancellations for sessions booked and paid for in advance must give at least 48 hours notice if possible so the daycare can try to fill the spot.  If the spot can be filled then that session will be moved to another date.
